From the M25 take the exit at junction 13 and take the A30 towards Sunningdale follow this road by passing Egham and continue into Sunningdale. As you cross the railway by the station in the centre of Sunningdale take the first right hand turn into Charters Road. Continue along Charters Road and Sunning Avenue is the second road on the right. Follow Sunning Avenue until Kingsley House comes up on your right hand side

From the M4 exit at junction 10 and take the A329 towards Bracknell continue along this road and follow it as it bypasses Bracknell towards Ascot. As you enter Ascot with the race course take a right hand turn onto the A330 Station Hill towards Ascot station and proceed along this road until Sunning Avenue comes up on the left hand side. Once in Sunning Avenue Kingsley House will be on your left hand side

From the M3 exit at junction 3 and take the A322 towards Bracknell, then take the A30 towards Sunningdale and then take the A330 towards Ascot. Sunning Avenue will come up on your right hand side and Kingsley House is on the left hand side as your drive down the road
